Safeguarding Process
- Check start of renewal process - two months prior to expiry?

Invitation to Join Process

- Need to manually collect date of births for all those currently marked as aged < 16 on accreditation
- Do under-18 Members have to be supervised whilst teaching at all times by an over-18-year-old Teacher Actively Participating?
Membership Management Process
- Hubs and centres are currently listed as members and given pretend membership numbers. They will need to be manually removed from the membership list.
- Need to decide how and how long records for lapsed, suspended and deceased members are kept and records retention schedule aligned accordingly
Membership
- If an affiliate member becomes an associate or full member do they need to pay membership fees whilst they are still performing the role of the affiliate member they were elected to perform?
Membership Declaration
- Question 4 - no-one goes to these links due to click fatigue. Does this have value aside from a box ticking exercise?
- Question 5 - liaise with Bruce Butler and David Smith. For international members should we substitute with an "abide with local/national safeguarding practices"?
- Question 8 - need to find out what correct wording should be. Question is redundant if we ask for a standard or enhanced DBS?
